Thanks to Michelle Malkin for picking up this story/article about Laura Ingraham saying to the President, NO, YOU “TONE IT DOWN”. According to the article, President Bush has told Republicans, or Conservatives, to “tone down the rhetoric” on Judicial Nominees. All I can say to President Bush is…I’m on Laura Ingraham’s side on this one! All of the promises and all of the statements you’ve made to date run perilously close to “back-stabbing” and two-faced. You’ve taken more than you’ve given to the Conservative base that elected you to the office of President. I, for one, voted for you and am on Laura and Michelle’s side. I dare you to lable Conservatives as “vigilantes” one more time. You did it with those who would rightly expose the governments soft-handed (or lack thereof) approach to border control, namely, the Minutman Project.
Don’t do that again, Mr. President.
