The Idea of America is Biblical

Secularists often cite founder’s quotes and our founding documents (with their slant) to say we’re a godless or secular country. Well, the very notion of coming out of oppressive Europe to be free, different and separate is a Biblical principle.
Read below:
- Acts 7:3 – “And said unto him, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall shew thee.”
- 2 Corinthians 6:17 – “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.”
- Revelation 18:4 – “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
So, here are three different instances of peoples separating themselves from the tyrannical, the despotic and oppressive.
