DeWaun Simmons is a graphic designer, photographer, musician and the “back-up” executive chef at home. He blogs for the same reasons most people do — a way to express their feelings on whatever topic has his blood pumping at the moment.

Here lately, the daily news seems to read like pages right out of the bible. I find comfort in that Blessed Book, wherein resides all the answers for mankind. Does your heart and soul ache because life has gotten so complex and you feel the world is all out of control? Are you astonished when so many of those in leadership, whom you have admired and relied upon have fallen in disgrace? Well, you’re not alone. This time has been foretold.
Well, there are only two goals with this blog. That DeWaun will be able to write what the Lord has laid upon his heart. And that someone will “get” what He’s trying to say.
